Order Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier and/or weather conditions.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to me. If there are any issues, concerns, or discrepancies with your order (such as receiving the wrong item, incorrect shipping info or a product defect), please contact me within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will work to rectify the issue accordingly.
