Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to me. If there are any issues, concerns, or discrepancies with your order (such as receiving the wrong item, incorrect shipping info or a product defect), please contact me within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will work to rectify the issue accordingly.
